Who we are
Kingstower Homes Limited is a fully registered company with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), based in Lagos, Nigeria. We work across the real estate value chain — buying and selling property, carrying out land survey, taking on development projects, and constructing residential and commercial buildings.
What sets us apart is that we don't hand a project between separate contractors. Our own survey, civil, mechanical and electrical teams work alongside our sales and development staff, so a plot we sell you is a plot we can also build on, service and support long after the papers are signed.
From land banking in growth corridors like Epe, to full building construction, our aim on every job is the same: efficiency, reliability and precision, so property and construction stop being sources of anxiety for our clients.
